RVM Systems’ development department in Drammen has had very strong growth in recent years. We have used SAM to recruit for over 15 positions, primarily highly educated development engineers within Software, Hardware and mechanical construction.

 

We are a competence company, where we want employees to stay with the company for a long time, and experience has shown that employees with a short commute have a strong connection to the company. The candidate’s commute to work is therefore part of our requirement specification. SAM has definitely hit the mark better than what I have experienced from other recruitment companies in the past, and I believe it is a strong advantage that our SAM partner himself lives in our local area.

SAM is fully focused on quality throughout the entire process

Many companies claim to deliver quality, but at SAM, we document all the time that both our customers and candidates provide us with very positive feedback after completing the process.

 

Of course, we expect the candidate who gets the dream job to be satisfied, but we place extra emphasis on also gathering feedback from the finalists who were not offered the position. Even though they may naturally feel disappointed, most respond that they experienced the process as professional and well-organized – and give SAM’s consultant high praise.

 

To ensure continuous improvement and high quality, we ask both customers and candidates to give a score from 1-10 on how they experienced the process. This provides us with concrete satisfaction metrics, which we actively use in our quality work.
