I joined SAM Headhunting AS in 2003 and have been on an exciting journey for over 20 years. As an engineer with experience in both design and technical sales, I recruit mainly (but not exclusively) for positions in technical environments, such as engineering, production, service, IT, logistics and technical sales – and of course all related management levels. I have management experience from both previous positions and voluntary organizations.
To succeed in recruitment requires thorough work, a good understanding of customer expectations and a large network in the industry. My job is to know where the talents are and who they are. We mainly work with active search, combined with selected advertising. I enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships, and work with a combination of both new and well-established clients.
At SAM Headhunting AS, recruitment is not a “one-man show”. Our consultants have experience from various industries, and we often work in teams to solve the assignments.
Our slogan “Value through people”, means that we inform and take care of both clients and candidates the best possible way. It’s actually more about common sense than rocket science, but we believe that everyone appreciates being kept updated about the process they are a part of. Often the focus is on the person who gets the job, but those who didn’t quite make it this time will of course also get feedback from us!
