I have management experience from various industries over many years.

I have spent many years in the sports industry at Head, in positions as sales manager and general manager. Then several years in the film industry at companies such as Warner Home Video and Schibsted. The common thread in my career is sales and management.

Since 2011, I have had all my focus on recruitment and executive search in various companies, but since 2017 in SAM Headhunting AS. Over these years, I have completed more than 350 recruitment processes, and provided consulting on organizational development.
