I am an enthusiastic advisor with more than 35 years of work experience in HR and recruitment, sales, marketing, branding and communications, whether as an entrepreneur, manager or strategic advisor.

As an account manager and consultant in large advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, I have represented the agencies in the international networks and also had overall responsibility for new biz.

Over the past 7 years as an advisor and partner in SAM Headhunting, I have gained broad experience from, among other things, the construction and construction industry, real estate and the IT industry.

I spend a lot of time maintaining my network and nurturing my relationships, because I know that the best candidates are often found there, and are not necessarily looking for a new job.

They are usually happy where they are. But I know where they are and a little about how to motivate them to have the initial conversation that can lead to a possible job change that both parties are satisfied with.

I thrive in the role of representative for the client, but also as a coach for candidates who show themselves motivated for the position, and who should be presented in the best possible way.
