Who We Are

At SAM we live by the motto “Value through people”. This means that we see people as the most important factor in creating value in businesses and organizations. This is a core value in our work, because we know that the foundation of our success lies in each individual employee on the team.

 

We are professionals with backgrounds in various leadership roles and industries, and we have extensive experience in finding the right employee for each position. This has led to the formation of our collective and international “SAM community”, where each search process involves at least two of the most suitable consultants for the assignment.

 

We ensure not only that the most competent candidate is hired, but also that the values, leadership style and culture are a mutual good match between the candidate and your company.

SAM is fully focused on quality throughout the entire process

Many companies claim to deliver quality, but at SAM, we document all the time that both clients and candidates provide us with very positive feedback after completing the process.

 

Of course, we expect the candidate who gets the dream job to be satisfied, but we place extra emphasis on also gathering feedback from the finalists who were not offered the position. Even though they may naturally feel disappointed, most respond that they experienced the process as professional and well-organized – and give SAM’s consultant high praise.

 

To ensure continuous improvement and high quality, we ask both clients and candidates to give a score from 1-10 on how they experienced the process. This provides us with concrete satisfaction metrics, which we actively use in our quality work.
