Espen Andersen returned to Norway 2022 after 25 years in international managerial roles. After returning to Norway, he has successfully transitioned directly into general management roles in Kristiansand and Oslo with companies including Pure Norway Water, Kakemesteren, Skyland Trampoline Parks, and Sponsor International.

His international expertise lies in the service industry, market expansion, establishing and leading global sales teams across Europe, Asia and North America, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Based in Paris and Washington, Espen led the Minibar Group’s global sales and strategy for more than a decade. In this role, he was responsible for all corporate accounts, as well as the company’s secondary sales channels, OEM production and distributor networks worldwide.

Back in Norway, Espen is focusing on the FMCG market of food and drinks.

He is particularly recognized for his ability to identify growth opportunities and develop sustainable commercial strategies and execute these with a firm plan.

Espen’s passion for sports took him to the highest levels of competitive skiing, including participation in the Olympic Games (1984), World Cup circuit, and World Championships.
