I am an engaged and responsive advisor with more than 25 years of experience from knowledge-intensive industries. The common thread throughout my career is a strong belief that results are created through people.

In my career, I have served as Managing Director, Director of Property Operations, and Project/Assignment Manager in multidisciplinary environments. I have developed teams, strengthened collaboration, built knowledge organizations, and created the conditions for growth and development. I understand how much is at stake when key roles need to be filled.
